Curtis Lumber Warranty and Service Program
Providing Warranty Services for:
Andersen, E-Series, Silverline, PlyGem, Therma-Tru, Harvey, Merillat, Wellborn, Timberlake, Bertch, and Crystal Products
Curtis Lumber’s After-Sales-Care Warranty & Service Program was developed to make it easy for our customers to request and receive warranty services for the products we sell.
Andersen
and E-Series*:
Limited Labor
2 Years Manufacturer/Warranty
Parts Only – 10 Years
*Labor can be performed outside of the labor warranty for Andersen and E-Series Products for up to 10 Years. This will require a $135.00 deposit. Additional labor and parts will need to be quoted.
PlyGem, Silverline,
Harvey*, and Therma-Tru:
Limited Labor
1 Year Manufacturer/Warranty
Parts Only – 5 Years
*Labor can be performed outside of the labor warranty for PlyGem, Silverline, and Harvey for up to 5 Years. This will require a $135.00 deposit. Additional labor and parts will need to be quoted.
Merillat, Wellborn, Timberlake,
Bertch, and Crystal:
No Labor from Manufacturer/Warranty
Parts Only – 5 Years at Manufacturer’s Discretion
Common Questions
How do I figure out what my product is and where do I find the identification labels?
Cabinet Brands:
If there is not a logo on the side of the drawer box, remove the drawer from the cabinet and look on the back side for a label identifying manufacturer and order information.
What is my product’s manufacturer warranty?
To Request Warranty Services
1. Please answer the following:
- Was the product purchased at Curtis Lumber?
- Is the product you are requesting one of the ones listed above?
- Does your product fall in the time frame listed above?
If the answer is no to any of the above questons, please reach out to the manufacturer directly.
2. Gather required items:
- Pictures of the product ID’s from the unit stickers or cabinets markings.
- Pictures of the product, damage & issue (both up close and of the whole unit).
- Pictures of the product ID’s from the unit stickers or cabinets markings.
- The original order numbers and date of purchase.
- A detailed description of the issue along with expected resolution.
3. Complete Warranty and Service Request Form**

You will then be notified, via e-mail, of job acceptance, and every time there is a status change (i.e.: parts ordered, service scheduled, job complete). You can also click the link on the job confirmation e-mail at any time to view status and notes on the job.
